Goodness without Regret

Every moment is an opportunity to expand ourselves. This expansion is directly related to the level of goodness we feel about the decisions we have made or do make each day.

A person that knows their goodness will use their energy to move forward, to expand and create a better life for not only themselves, but everyone else around them. A person that doubts their "goodness" will expend energy in covering things up. Their energy is now spent on how to cover up what they do in life, restricting themselves and everyone else around them.

But how do we know if we are good enough? Regret! Our goodness is directly related to the amount of regret we carry around that dis empowers us.

We are all POWERFUL beings we all have the same abilities, same talents, same love, same understanding, etc., etc. However, when we see someone using their talents and then feeling jealous or envious of them we are truly feeling regret, because we KNOW we can do the same, we just choose not to.

It is not until we are able to move forward with our abilities, gifts and/or talents that we are able to be the expansive, powerful people that we are all born to be. But people must be allowed to experience their own regrets in order to find their own power. As an example, if a mother regrets taking money from her child it's because she knows she's lying to herself about her finances or some other matter in her life. The mother sees the child as more powerful than herself and regrets not being a good enough mom, wife, or friend. Wherever we feel or experience regret it is a good place to see where we have lied to ourselves.

To feel goodness we must know that we are giving it our all to the best of our ability without excuses and without lies. This allows us to continue the expansive nature of our being while on this journey in life.

Here's a clue for each of you doing a process:

Whatever it is in your life that you keep trying to give away or get rid of in your life is where you are feeling guilty in your POWER and believe others can't get it for themselves. Think about that for a moment and look around in your life and write down what it is that you keep giving away.

Should you need assistance with this one today please let me know. It's a butt kicker for sure.
