Day 212 of 400 "Letting Go"

The hardest part of life is learning to "let go". When people say, "Oh, it's just so hard to go our and meet people these days." What they are really saying is, "I'm having such a hard time letting go of letting go of who and by belief that it's hard to meet people."

While I was writing this blog friends came in and we just started talking. Then we had to sit down because the conversation grew. Before we knew it it was almost 1pm. Now the interesting thing is this, remember how we talk about there is no time. We were in such a place of companionship, love and inspiration that time no longer excited for us. I really wasn't even hungry. It was only my mind that brought that awareness in after I saw the clock. You See?????

Back to letting go. It's about just being in the moment, it's about listening to your heart, it's about doing what feels right at the time. If we are telling ourselves, "Well, I'm not sure if I should be doing this or that", then don't do it because something else is at play. This is what I'm talking about....people are always saying to me, "WEll, I have to think about my future because if I'm not prepared for it then I won't have what I need." Well exactly what will that be? If you are living in the moment do you think you have to think about your future if you are one with your future. If you are not ready to take that kind of leap don't do it. You're not ready. But one day you'll wake up and realize that there was never a way to totall plan for everything in your life.

You can save all the money in the world, but a disease could take that all away that was created by the stress of the worring. You can prepare all you want for your children, only to die from the worring and never get to enjoy them.

I'm making this quick and to the point today but we eleborate more when this sinks in a bit. Be gentle with yourself and take all the time you need.

Love, V
