Fresh Air

Taking a deep breath in first thing in the morning is not only invigorating but also exciting as I look around to see all the beauty. I have made it a habit now to go outside first thing and take a huge breath in. I can feel it all the way to my core.

As this cleansing from the night takes place in my lungs and in my body and I can feel the connection with earth and the gratitude that extends in my heart. I know immediately that the world is being reflected outside from my inside. I appreciate the visual and start my day with gratitude and light.

When we understand and acknowledge that our world is not out there but rather in here, within each of us we are more gentle and kind with ourselves, within each relationship, and within the relationship we offer up to ourselves.

The best way to heal what is inside that we have tucked away within the shadow is to take a closer look at how we are feeling. If we are not feeling then we are not living we are hiding. How will you know what joy feels like if you don't allow yourself to experience the saddness that lerks within waiting to separate you from all joy?

Becoming arrogant and a know it all is not spiritual alignment but truly a misalignment of who is in charge. What do you offer that is original, what is your gift, what is your light that you shine to the world each and everyday? That is where you are giving the most to yourself.

Fresh air isn't about going outside and pretending to take a breath in and then saying, "Oh, I need to make sure so and so is doing this or that." That's projecting the negative breath into the world of illusion. How many of us take that breath in and feel so over inflated that we don't even recognize what it is that we need to do or work on.

Are you all about telling others what is right for them without realizing they are already showing you what is right with you and where you are hiding out? Here is where we keep our mouths shut and listen. And listening allows those emotions to come to the surface we may not like so much, but worth the dealing of them.

So take a deep breath and breathe in the life, light and love that you are and feel inner peace and allow it to come to the surface of your world.
