A Gentle Breeze

After a long and exciting day at the office the gentle breeze tonight is very welcomed. As I stood outside tonight it was almost as if the the breeze was kissing me on the cheek with deep love and appreciation. It was then that I took a deep breath in and gave a word of thanks for my day and for the contrast in my life. It is this contrast that makes my day exciting, full of life, and full of different experiences that really add to my over-all awakening. It feels good to be so grounded while also having the awareness that this life is spiritual as well. I love the opportunities given me to experience the contrast in my life, as I know many of you do. And it's important to remember that anytime we've become attached to an idea, a situation, or a the way something is done or not done we prevent growth. Go outside and feel the contrast.
