Even though we are on vacation we are up and ready to greet the morning. As I laid there in bed this morning at 5am wondering if I should just continue to sleep or just get up I decided to get up. Dwayne said, "You're up early", I said, "I'm done sleeping." LOL, I realized it as soon as I said it.
As a grandparent I think the best thing I can do for my grandchildren is to teach them how to join with creation instead of fighting it. Cadence was upset yesterday because some teenagers were playing on the little ones playground. Now she wasn't upset like throwing a fit, it was more that they were all over the equippment rough-housing and she didn't want to get in the way of that. So as she sat next to me she voiced her concerns; what a wonderful time to practice.
I asked Cadence to close her eyes and with all the love she could feel in her heart to see in her mind the big kids leaving the playground to go do something else. She sat there with her eyes closed and a smile on her face. As I watched the miracle happen and all the big kids leaving at the same time I wanted Cadence to see what love could do, so I asked her to open her eyes and let her know that she just experienced harmony.
For those of you that disagree with this that's okay. But what I want my grandchildren to know and learn at a very early age is that when we want something and we pitch a fit about it then that thing continues to be a thorn in our side and it will persist. I want them to know that even the little things that annoy us are giving us moments to remember that all there is is love, and that when we love each moment in our lives then that is reflected in all things that happen around us.
I wish to pass on to all of my grandchildren that when they connect to their hearts that miracles do and can happen. I want them to know that miracles are simply each and every breath they take that unites them with the Divine. And of course anytime we are connecting with the heart there is truth, we can't hurt anyone, nor do we ever wish to cause a person harm via the heart. So you see that is the protection of the creation.
Of course many people want to create a lot of stuff, like maybe winning the lottery and they make it sound good and heart centered by saying they want it to help other people, and this is a noble desire. However, if they truly wanted to help other people this would happen with out the lottery. Look at all the people that help others now and aren't lottery winners. And this isn't saying that all lottery winners are heart centered either. There is no judgment here just a contrast of what "most" people are desiring, just replace lottery with anything, including maybe a relationship.
I have known since a little child that God has always known what was best for me. Some of those times I wanted to scream and say, "Are you kidding me?" But if I went back into my heart and centered myself there would be relief, there would be my miracle, and there would also be love. I was and AM always loved.
I did not witnessed this but Dwayne said there was a lady that was extremely upset saying that she was being treated like dirt while her husband just sat there. She started talking about how many points she had and she should have been treated better than this.
Every moment of our lives is an opportunity to witness how we are feeling about ourselves and what we are getting out of life. For me this place was absolutely perfect in everyway because it's how I was feeling inside.
Our happiness and experiences don't come from what others can do for us, but rather what we do and feel for ourselves. When we feel good about what we are doing, who we are, and where we are then the universe reflects this back to us. That's why I want my grandchildren to always remember they have the opportunity to close their eyes, connect to their hearts, and see something different if they are feeling stressed.
Connect to your divine self and allow your creative energy to flow through you, allow your senses to awaken to a higher power and allow yourself to experience the joy, love, and peace that has always been.
Love, Velvete
