Where's the passionate part of you? Remember when you were just a little sperm pod and couldn't wait to get to that egg? No one was holding you back then, no one had to show you how to do it, and no one had to ever, ever, ever give you an instruction manual at that time to get the job done! Why, because you were alive.
At that moment in life you were so full of passion that you were driven by this divine passion to get from point A to Z. But now, look at you now! What happened? Why do you have to be told that it's going to be okay? Did you know it was going to be okay when you swam to that egg? Look at you now trying to live in the past when things get a little "sticky" (pun intended).
Imagine that life is nothing more than a bunch of little sperms running around. Yep, we're all imagining this life while still a little sperm, we're asleep. We're all trying to get to that egg. But are you?
Have you given up on life so much that you have no more imagination, have no more spice (except when it comes to sex, which really tells you are trying to be back to being that sperm), that you've given up on your thoughts and dreams because people tell you you'll never make it. Or that spiritual people are telling you,"Well, it's all up to God anyway." Well guess what? It was up to God when you were just that little sperm too that was so full of energy that no body dare pass you in the race. How do we know, because you are here!
You see you won at least one race in your life and from that moment on some of you just gave up. You said, "Well, I won the race of a lifetime so there's no way I'm going to do any better than this, ever!" and you stopped. You stopped living, you stopped hoping, you stopped seeking, you even stopped loving yourself so much that you go from point A to B without being excited about much (unless it's a naked body in front of you).
Why do I make the body references? Well, you know those people that win prizes for a big event in their life and then every time people come over or they have a moment to bring it up they do? Well, that's what's happening to all these little sperms that now have no motive in life, they are reverting back to the only memory they have of when life was good and successful for them. We all do it, it's just some of us live in the present moment with wins and others live in the past. Those that live in the past can go back as far as they need to to feel good about themselves.
If you don't want to live in the past then live in the present. Everyday is an opportunity to find something that you are passionate about, it's what drives you. I guess it could be sex if you want it to be, but really? Why waste all that beautiful sexual energy on three seconds of bodily pleasure when you can feel that way for days when used creatively like when writing a book, or painting a master piece, or simply inventing a new tool?
Now don't get me wrong I love having sex just as much as the next guy, but I don't waste my energy, or focus on when I'm going to get it next, or not get it next. My heart races just when I think of a new book, a new class, a new doll house piece, or a new piece of jewelry that I make. That's life, that's the egg, that's the reward in seeing the creative juices flow.
How many of you reading this have put things off, said you would get to them later but never did, or when you come home you just sit in front of the TV and veg out? Well, your creative juice, the energetic part of us that allows us to live and create is being spilled out on that chair you plop yourself into each and every night.
I was inspired to write this after a dream I had this morning. Now we all know there is no one there that is only us in the dream. This dream was about a girl friend and we are having lunch with her. All of a sudden she says okay how many people came from blah, blah, blah (I can't remember what she said) and all of these people raised their hands. She looked at me and said, "I win. I'm competitive like that."
You see we surround ourselves with all these little sperms so that we don't feel alone and that we get to enjoy the win, that we get to enjoy the companionship of others even though there is no one else there. When we dream there is no one else in the dream but the dreamer. They have the ability to create as many people as they need in a dream or as little as they need. This morning I needed a lot of people. I need a lot of people everyday.
My job isn't to become the big Ego but to become One with all that is. What's your job? Is it to sit there thinking about when you're going to be in a relationship and keep thinking the same way that you are right now as you read this, because we all know how that's working out. Or are you going to stick your head in the sand and say, "There's no place like home, there's no place like home." and pretend this is all a really bad dream and when you wake up you'll be back in loving arms. She still had things she had to do folks before she was able to receive a ticket home. Wake up!
Get your butts off the sofa, out of those chairs, out of your heads and get moving just like you did before you were born. Find what it is you are passionate about and all things will start flowing to you! Promise!
The real problem isn't that this isn't real, it's that you really want to have your cake and eat it too. "Let me just sit here and have it all come to me." Well that's fine if you've mastered in how to do that, but I bet you haven't. If you had you'd be writing this blog.
Hahahaha, we've got to laugh and this blog is to help you laugh today. It's to allow you to see just how serious you've become and you being all serious about everything is making you a stick in the mud. Lighten up!
Belief Statement: I organized my office last night and this felt great. I couldn't find a thing in this 10x10 and was gaining frustration while losing peace.
Spirit Statement: I am organized now with greatness in time and space with confidence and peace.
You see our whole life can give us a process. Our whole lives can tell us what we are thinking about that causes and effect. If you don't like what you're doing or what you've become then change it. Change what you do. If you know you don't want to be alone then get the hell out in public. If you don't like that you can't pay your bills then get the hell out of the way and listen to what is right. If you are jealous of others because they seem to have it all, then stop sitting around and do what you love to do. And if you can't figure that out that's okay to, it will come to you, you're heart will answer you.
