"Money Fears"

I have had so many clients, friends and family telling me that they are afraid of any technology that would liberate them because how would they feed their families. Well, that's one of the problems Jesus had in his day too. When the rich man came up and Jesus told him to get rid of it all we all took that literal. But what Jesus was telling this man is that he had become identified and attached to his wealth. However, people do this with the attachment of being poor too. It works both ways, guys. Whether you are identifying yourself as rich or poor you now have a concept/belief about yourself that isn't true and is your director in life.

It's also interesting when you start talking to people about their happiness and then they say they are completely happy, yet they are physically, mentally and emotionally suffering. It is through this physical, emotional and mental suffering that we can learn a whole lot about ourselves. We can begin to dive deep within the emotional body to see what's driving us. Why am I doing this to myself? We can't pretend to be well.

As soon as we ask why is s/he doing this to me, STOP. Suffering The Optimal Pain. We must begin to ask what am I doing? Trust me, I know how hard this can be at first. When we wrote Higher Mind, Lower Mind we fought it tooth and nail. We were still looking at projecting on to others what we didn't want to own.

How does this play in with money fears? Simply this,when you are not present in your life you immediately project yourself into the what if land and disconnect from Source. It is Source that speaks to us, heals us, fills us with joy, and more. If you are a caretaker and you say, "But this is all I've ever done." Well that's fine, if you love it then love it. But if you are sick to death of it, guess what? Now that's a belief that will become real. "Sick to Death".

There is a man that claimed that other peoples illnesses were due to their disconnection with God. He is absolutely right, but the problem was he was projecting his own disconnection on to others. He was boasting about how healthy he was and how connected he was to God and everyone else was a sinner. I asked him to take a moment to make sure he wasn't doing that in his own life. He continued to cast stones at others. IT'S LIKE WHEN JESUS SAID, "HE WITHOUT SIN CAST THE FIRST STONE." Those people all knew that they had prostituted in one way or another and could not cast the first stone. So this man felt like he had never prostituted and was content in his health and continued to cast stones.

Our stones always come back to us. Much later after this meeting this man became sick with a respiratory infection. A clear example of what can and does happen when we refuse to love everyone as ourselves. His God voice was not clear but rather he was speaking with his ego mind. The same happens if we sue another person, we now live in our own belief that we can be sued. The same happens if we see someone else worse off than us, then we are now going to live that lie. I learned this very thing when I told a friend of my how she was creating her physical pain. Well guess what? Within hours I was experiencing the same pain. We are not separate, but in our minds we belief this to be true so we can have a story. Without our story who would we be?

But what does this have to do with money fears? The evolution that is taking place on earth of change is happening and people are fearful of how they will be taken care of. Oh, I'll need a million dollars for this or that, when in reality if you really "need" that then you'll have it, otherwise you "don't need" it. You just think you need it. Anytime we live with an idea of "need" then we are projecting out from where our bliss resides.

I appreciate and understand these fears that people are bringing to me for they have been very real for me as well. What am I going to do? Everyone is doing massasge, everyone is doing self help, everyone, everyone, everyone.

But an interesting thing happened yesterday. As I answered my office phone I was completely honest with folks that I lock my doors when I'm with clients, and this is what was said and I'm going to bold it:

"That's okay! I'll just wait outside your door until you are through with a client so that I can come in and buy from you."

Folks, God is doing the same thing. He is waiting outside our door and just can't wait to give it to us. He's waiting for us to open up so that He can do business with us. He's waiting for us to get that He's always there, He's always kind and that He loves us all.

By releasing my identity as a massage therapist and that I have to do this and this, then God is able to do his work. As a Metaphysican I am able to release that identity and be all LOVE and God. If you want to see this as wrong it's an uninvestigated belief that you have that keeps you disconnected in sharing of the same wealth and abundance.

People want to say, "Well, Velvete your life hasn't been perfect. Who are you to tell anyone what to do?" Well first, I don't tell anyone what to do, but I do show people through my own life what can be done. My life is an example to others in how God truly works through us. I have found, within me, that the only time I've resisted allowing God to do His work through me is when I thought I could do a better job than HIM. When I separated myself from God I suffered. I don't identify myself as God when I say we are connected, even though that's what comes out of the mouths of others. What I say is I am ONE with God. There's a big difference. When we are one with God there is no fear, there is only love.

As I'm writing this blog this morning there is a little bird outside my window making the most beautiful sounds this morning, becking me to come outside and sit with him/her. This is God, the bird doesn't worry about where it's going to get it's food, or how it's going to be protected. It's living completely in the moment singing it's song. How many of us have stopped singing our songs out of fear. I've done it!!!! There is no stone I am willing to cast at anyone other than myself. And then even then I know that I am only casting the stone at God. So I stop and show my appreciation for what is and realize that I only have this moment to embrace love.

It is with all of my heart that I share my stories, stories of what I used to identify with can begin to liberate who I really am. It's going to be a glorious day and one that I will truly remember. Blessing to you all.

Belief Statement: As the bird sings outside my window I feel peaceful. I know that God's love is everywhere and that I gain wealth and lose my old ways as I walk through my day.
