It really does work!

Many of you that have followed this blog have also applied these 7 Simple Steps within you own lives. Those of you that have resisted and want to say there is nothing to this are still suffering and in pain one way or another. Even I experience pain and suffering, I'm not even about to claim that I am above slipping into the illusions and traps that I've created over the years. But what I am saying is we have a beautiful tool to see the light.

How hard is it for you to take a moment to be REAL with yourself, rather than whinning about what you don't have in your life?

People tell me all the time, "Oh, it's just another Self Help technique that doesn't work." Well ask my children if it doesn't work. And you know how it works, through me. There's no one else that needs the work more than myself. For me to believe that there is something "wrong" with my children means there is still something wrong with me.

I can't begin to tell you how often it just takes a minute to get real and suddenly the illusions start to crumble. And there it is! That's the real problem. When their world starts to change now they think something is wrong because they don't know what to do.

My daughter and I spoke the other day and she was still excited about moving back to Texas. But then I told her that her state of being was not going to change based on her state of living. So we talked and discovered somethings. She said, "Man alive, I'm exhausted." She went to sleep only to have her next day seem like hell. She went on and on with her story of this and that. I continued to hold peace and then finally I was able to speak.

After some time she was able to see the blessing that she had been given and that it was only her materialist ego driving self that was driving her to do something that allowed her to see she was running away from something. We can never run from ourselves because we are everywhere. God was providing the most beautiful opportunity for her and her family right where she was.

We talked last night and she shared with me how the process is still working in her life. She shared with me how she is just so amazed how a simple process could do so much and continue to bring so much peace, love and joy in her life. LOL....now she knows that what God has given her he truly has given her and it's her own belief about herself that prevents the blessings. No matter whether God takes away or gives it's still a blessing.

How is it that people call God a loving God but then when something they don't like happens they say they are being punished by this same loving God. And what's interesting is people will actually say that it's because He loves us. He loved Job to and what did he say, "You don't know the reasons for my blessings upon you." So everything is a blessing, whether we see it at the time or not is only the "STATE" of being we reside.

So you see if we understand our state of being we are better able to be in a state of awareness.

What do you have to lose in doing the process for at least one week?

Belief statement: When my hips hurt and feel depressed because I don't know what I've done to myself to cause such pain. I gain frustration and lose the ability to move.

First, we can see that there is an identity issue with this statement. We are not our hips but rather the hips belong to the body and you don't even own the body. It is a vessel to utilize that is borrowed energy while here on this physical plain. Now, we can say when the body's hips hurt and so we will change it to that now.

When the body's hips hurt I feel depressed because now all I'm doing is thinking about the pain. I get frustrated and lose focus.

By making the statement real we now can better see why the body is being used against us. As long as we identify with any thing else rather than our REAL identity we become trapped. Yes we do, because now you are frustrated and losing focus. If you are not trapped then you would be peaceful and confident.

Now, we know that none of it is real so what are the hips trying to tell us. Hips represent our ability to move. One way or another this person is not moving forward in something in their life. But really there is no wrong way to move but if the person identifies that they have done something wrong then this could play out in any body part.

I had a client tell me one time that she didn't want anyone praying for her because she knew that God had given her all this pain to suffer because all suffering is rewarded in the end. Well, now there are parts of this that are very true. But when we begin to just lay there instead of listening to God what the message is then that's when we delay our healing, or union.

Spirit Statement: As I move through life I feel confident in joy with peace and focus.

Hum? Do a statement like that and she how it works in opening the heart to what really is there waiting for us. Even while I was doing this process I could feel a difference within my own body and how much freer I was feeling.

So whether you do a process for another or yourself it's all the same.

What you really have to ask yourself is, "Why don't I want to do the process? What is it that I'm really afriad to see?"

We know this work is hard at times and people want to run away. But when you want to run that is fear, if you are in fear you are in ego and when you are in ego you are trapped within the mind.

When we address the work out of love we run towards our ego and say thank you. I don't know what you have to show me but I'm blessed by God for being here. That my friends in JOB. If you haven't read it in a while pick it up. It's a beautiful story of a man that holds his faith while one bad thing after another continued to happen to him. But by embracing the unknown Job set himself free.

Much love to you all,
V
