What is sustainable love? What would that look like? How would that feel? And how would we ever begin to understand when someone is speaking from their heart of love or the heart of ego?
An inner connection that we have with life can help to guide us in this gray area of loving and living. We would all hope that anyone that shows love is truly coming from a place of LOVE. However, there are times that we see that it was just their WILL forcing itself upon us.
The only way to truly know if they are coming from a place of love is if they have just giving you the ability to empower yourself. If a person makes you feel depend upon them for their knowledge, wisdom, or light then this is not true love. We can see how Christ did this with the disciples. He gave them tools of awareness to allow them to awaken. He never jerked them up and said, "You've got to get this or you'll surely die." He was of such love that he knew that each person had their own experience within the experience.
A person that shares information of love and light and gives you clues to help the awakening process is of love from the higher heart. A person that gives you just a bit of information that warns of fear and destruction has just given love from their lower heart. This is not good or bad, just a place of where they identify more with and are better able to communicate from that heart point.
Sustainability comes with practice. We all have our challenges and situations that seem to test us, but each time we pass we are holding more love in the higher heart.
So just keep practicing. Notice the feelings you get when you just shared with someone information that brought light to their eyes. Notice what happens to people simply when they become aware that they are all knowing and that they are only able to recognize in another what is already in them.
The next time you feel the need to ask someone, "Do you have something to tell me?" Then know that you are coming from your higher heart because you are seeing yourself through them. They don't even have to tell you anything at that point because now your heart was open to enjoy being ONE.
