I was awakened this morning straight out of bed. I was having dreams of people coming to visit me and looking pretty rough. Of course all people in my dreams represent me so I had to think about this inside my own dreaming state.
Suddenly a voice out of nowhere yelled, "Stop the chaos! Your world is one of order!" I sat straight up in bed and was now wide awake. "What the heck?", I thought. I went to the bathroom and laid back down to rest some more. At this point it's only 5am.
As I am laying there again dreaming the voice yelled, "Wake up! Stop the chaos!" Then I was taken into my body. It became apparent how easily the organs and cells worked within the body. That everything has its place, job, duty, and responsibility. If chaos was real then our bodies would have to experience the same and would not be able to stay together. Suddenly I felt pain behind my left calf area. Kind of a weird place to be hurting. But as soon as I laid my hands on the pain disappeared. The the voice said, "Now you know that when you place your hands on an individual there is no chaos, but love and light." Hum?
I understand that the body is a resistor, a resistor to the pressure that we put on it to perform, to be chaotic and to go beyond it's normal limits of function. It is a our natural biofeedback system. I thought how appropriate this information was today for the class I'm getting ready to teach. But I also knew I was getting something more than just information to pass along in a class. I was getting to experience the calm.
When I got to work this morning I read the astrology stuff and realized today was a pretty powerful day. All astrology information was warning to take it easy, not to get excited about the small stuff, and try to look beyond what is really going on. Then it clicked, the illusion is the chaos. The chaos is the function behind the duality. Just look at the story of Adam and Eve and it appears all kinds of chaos began once they saw with their dual eyes.
To truly understand the chaos one must learn to appreciate it for what it is and to look beyond it to discover truth. When we allow our pendulum to swing too far right or too far left in this duality we knock ourselves out of balance. The way to escape the trap of this duality is to appreciate and love music, art, humor, love, and appreciation for the simple things in life. With this said, we can use chaos to enlighten us in how to walk the tightrope between over indulgence and oversimplifying. It's all about balance. Our bodies are naturally in balance but then overindulgence and oversimplifying can knock us out of balance and start a ripple effect of imbalances.
I understand why that voice woke me up! I now know why I read the astrology information (which I normally ignore), and I now know why it's so important to share this with the class today. BALANCE! We are all walking that tightrope. If we swing to far either way while on this rope towards drama, pain, and/or laziness then the illusion of pain, suffering, fear and other lower mind attributes will assist us with our fall. If we are balanced on this tightrope then we are able to go through the illusion of duality and reach Unity.
So the next time someone wants to create an alert remain calm, otherwise you might fall.
