Many people resist the change because they are so used to trying to fix what they thought was broken that it almost seems like there is nothing to do at all. Many people want to go back to their old ways because they found comfort in their drama that allowed them to feel important or unimportant. Doesn't matter it works both ways.
As I went about my day in the natural flow and rhythm of life I found myself floating into this project and that project and being able to complete everything with ease; and I wasn't doing 10 different things all at the same time. I took one project at a time.
Even though we were not that busy with customers today, we had visitors, things to organize, and things that needed cleaning out. By honoring ourselves with this type of day we are making room for the moment at hand. When we declutter our lives we simply are able to function better. This is true for home, work, play, relationships, or anything else. Can you imagine how this makes a client feel when they walk into a room that is supporting them with ease and relaxation? I also allow this to be reflected in my home life as well. We did this very thing this weekend too.
LOL...it's funny....because when you are in that zone it's almost like you didn't do any work at all. My hubby and I found plenty of time just to kick up our heals and meditate. I love that I have the support I do at home for this. The reason being, he is reflecting me. I know who I am, I know where I am, I know I'm good.
So the next time you want to freak out about anything just remind yourself to breathe and take a moment to reflect and appreciate where you are. Don't sweat the small stuff. Don't sweat the big stuff either.
Love, V
