Day 162 of 400 "The Illusion"

Has anyone really thought about why we continue to hold on to our illusions, even when we know what they are doing to us? Someone recently said, "If I didn't have all of this drama going on in my life I don't think I'd know how to live." Wow what a kick in the teeth realization. This kind of statement screams, "I know what I'm doing to myself and why."

But what makes up these illusions? Basically the 7-Steps helps a person to become "Aware" of the attachments to allow them to "Align" to, now, this new awareness. The illusion is manifested through the attachments, basically what we identity ourselves with. It's really neat just to sit down and ask yourself one day, what am I identifying with, where am I aligned?

When we begin to welcome these kinds of questions into our lives we welcome change, choices, and support that will help us with shifting to a higher alignment.

Thoughts + Emotions = Illusion/Reality

With this said, we can see how our thoughts about what we feel allows us to experience a particular situation/pain and/or drama in our lives. Even though this is the first of our steps, what is the current situation, it's the most important in allowing the person to see what they are doing to themselves.

Belief Statement: I have this energy running through my body today that makes me feel like I could float away and this feels scary and fun all at the same time. I know that people are attracted to me today because of my vibration. I'm gaining confidence while losing time and space.

Spirit Statement: I am energy now grounded in love and fun. I welcome higher vibrations with confidence now.
