We've spoken a lot about awareness, attachments, willingness and release....so now lets move on to the core of the process. Many people get caught up on the very first step, which is "What is the situation?".
Even though this appears to be a very simple question it becomes very obvious to anyone assisting with this process that this is where a lot of the troubles can begin. The problem is the "Lower Mind" is fully distracted by it's own creation of drama, pain or whatever else it "thinks" it's experiencing. And has difficulty nailing down one issue....but rather feels the connection of all of it all at once. And of course validation has to be maintained for the lower mind to continue it's illusion.
So when we ask a person what is the current situation in your life that is bothering you they have to dig around. The reason for this is their illusion is becoming attached to everything that they see around them to validate and maintain the situation their mind "thinks" is happening to them. Many would disagree and this is fine, it doesn't take a rock scientist to see this in action to know the reality of this delema. Nor does it take the individual very long to try to figure out the process and try to sugar coat it. However, the process helps to clear the slate.
When we think of a situation in our lives it can be positive or negative. Remember all things are positive in our lives because everything is to bring awareness and enlightenment. We are all learning and growing from the information we are receiving. Some of my greatest lessons have come from trauma/drama. LOL...play on words there. But truly, this is so for all people....it's just whether they have a "Willingness" to review and learn from it.
The situation can be a current or past event. It's anything that still brings up some form of an emotional issue or resistance. Even good memories or situations maybe holding on to something deeper that the individual may be hiding behind. Either way, just choose one situation and commit to stick to it until you've exhausted it. How this is done is by checking in on how you feel about it after you've processed it.
Okay....so what are some examples of situations:
That jerk just ran a red light.
My tire is flat.
I've been working all day and I'm exhausted.
My mother is annoying me with her drama and pain.
They just don't get it.
And on and on....remember it's just what you "see" going on. It's actually something that you have witnessed. Not something that you think, but what you see. The statement "they just don't get it" could be a situation that you see, or it also could be something that you think about a group of people. We are going to use it in this context that the individual sees this happening through his/her experience.
Now....today.....stay aware of any situation that comes up that you feel you would like to process. Write it down and keep it close until tomorrow. Tomorrow I will give you the next step of this process. I will explain why it's important, it's role, and how it makes your illusion feel real.
Until tomorrow!
