Day 111 of 400, "Reflections"

As stated in Higher Mind, Lower Mind, "Nothing happens by chance. Every situation in our lives is an opportunity to look within and discover what drama/dream we currently reside in........When we experience life in the moment we take every opportunity to reflect the spirit self within us, to shine forth and be of service to ourselves and others with unconditional love and an understanding that comes from knowing our truth."

What is our truth? Our truth is who we are inside and how we reflect that out into our world each and everyday. Sure our truths can change but we have a basic core of truth as well. For me I allow my clothing, my home, and generally my disposition of what that all is for me to shine forth. I love hearing the birds singing, a gentle breeze and the smell of incense while the music of "old" plays in the background. I love the way my dress flows within the breeze and the way my hair smells of incenses and purity. I love the way my body moves, ever so gently as the music plays softly reflecting who and what I am. But that's just a part of me. If I allowed all of me to be reflected I'm sure the light would be bright. However, this doesn't happen, because I'm taking baby steps in discovering my true self, which keeps all of my light from shining. And this is okay!

So if we look at our world and understand that things just don't happen that we make things happen we can begin to understand the role each of us plays on this reality. Just like when Mercury is in retrograde, it's not a time to worry about your computer crashing, but rather a time to take your time, sit back, relax, and enjoy the unfolding of your universe. We can take any situation in our lives and find meaning behind it. No matter how hard or terrible it may seem there is a light at the end of the tunnel.

I welcome and challenge you to allow your light to shine today. I welcome you to let your hair down and be free to experience what has been created for your joy, pleasure, understanding, growth, awareness and more.

Belief Statement: Everything around me has purpose and this makes me feel secure. I know that life is gentle while I gain understanding and losing old beliefs.

Spirit Statement: I am purpose and feel secure because I know life is gentle in understanding my new beliefs.
