It has rained all night long, all morning and the sun is just now trying to peak out. But no matter what the weather holds I know that it is perfectly designed for our benefit. And it allowed me to reflect on something this morning, especially after reading my facebook peps. When we judge a day good or bad, what are we really doing? I hear so many people say, "God has blessed us with a beautiful day", but I never hear God has blessed us with a bad day. What really constitues a bad day anyway? What is good for one is just a matter of perspective anyway, right? What constitues this perspective?
As I was reading a comment made on facebook regarding positive attitudes it's amazing to me how mad and upset people get. I can understand when it comes from me, I have a way of pissing people off anyway. LOL...but seriously. There are more and more people seeing and feeling the benefits in their lives from being positive. I know it's hard to be positive all the time but think about it this way.
When we are positive we are working with spirit and within the natural rhythm and flow of life. More energy is there for us to use and appreciate and to benefit the good for all mankind. When we hold on to our negative habits, beliefs, and thoughts we are actually using more energy to stay at that state of being, stopping the flow, stopping the rhythm, and stopping the process of life; well at least for the person holding the negative attitude. These negative thoughts seem to keep you bound in a timeless bubble looking for all the wrong in the world instead of all the good.
Taking time to see the blessing and the miracle in life allows us to remove the negative blocks that prevent abundance and prosperity. Taking time to appreciate all of our brothers and sisters that we are not able to see but know they are cheering for us allows for hope. Taking the time to be thankful for whatever life you have shows appreciatation and allows the Universe to unfold its infinite and powerful manifesting abilities to shower on you.
If we are constantly looking to the past for answers we limit our ability to overcome, if we look to the future we miss out on the moment , if we look at life moment by moment we are able to share the energy of life with others and improve, not only our life, but everyone around us.
It has also come to my attention that this positive transformation takes many people time to adjust to. They need it to be their idea and for their own reason and this is perfectly okay. There is no need to rush around saving souls because ultimately it will only be you that needs saving. There is no reason to promote fear that the world is going to end, this only breeds more fear, confusion, and lack of control. Ever watched the movie, "Batman Returns"? The movie was well written in how the use of fear keeps those needing power in power. Think about that for a minute, you'll get it.
The title today is "Slow and Steady" because we don't need to convince anyone of our ways. It's funny to me how many times a person claiming to be "Christian" judges your salvation when it has been taught not to do this because you do not know the agreements made with this person and God. With this said, I think it is extremely important for all us to treat each other like the weather, that there is a higher purpose in all that is and has been. I also what to say there what I mean by claming to be..... if you are then be so and do it humbly. There is no need to claim anything when your relationship is in alignment with God.
Slow and Steady allows each person to experience their own ability to awaken to their illusions and step out into reality without shattering their minds. Those that have gone through trauma, pain and termoil need nursing right now. They still see this as an event that really happened to them, rather than something that was just thought of.
It's interesting how a person can turn around and talk about all the bad in the world and not see it as a purpose to life. The purpose may be just as easy as making it so uncomfortable that you wish to change a way of thinking or being. To allow you to know what you don't want in your life. Or to allow balance!
So what is good and what is bad? It's going to be different for each person and their perspective, judgement, awareness or lack there of. I'm not saying these things do not happen but I am saying that they are different for each individual and this is not right or wrong. It is not for us to decide for another what is right or wrong for them, but to rather just love them for being who they are, a brother or sister in Christ.
Plus what's the big deal, if you feel that you are right, then be glad in it. I find that if you are having to convience someone how you feel you are really trying to only convience yourself. So the next time you find yourself doing this just release it and allow spirit to guide you in the moment of awareness of what you are not believing about yourself or your belief.
Today I'm going to write the statements as if the ego was speaking to us. I will be taking information that I have seen people post regarding the president and the economy. Today is not about me for I feel complete bliss today. However, I can sense there are many Americans that feel a sense of entitlment. So here goes.
Ego: I am ego and I am here to make you feel fearful, doubtful and like you are not responsible for anything in your life. I want you to trust God with all of your heart, closing your ears to Him and I want you to not feel safe. I want you to ask why did God do this. I want you to doubt him by not finding him in your world. I want you to gain anxiety, fear, doubt, frustration, pain, loss and more while losing your mind, self, and your relationship with your spirit. I hope you are able to give up so you will give me more of your power.
Spirit: I am Spirit and I am here to experience love, acceptance, and free will in life. I know I trust myself and God is in my heart, mind, body and spirit and I am safe. I know to seek myself I find God, I know in love I find God in nature, I know I am calm, love, peace, joy, in mind, body, and spirit. I know I give to receive totatilty and power in Self.
Spirit knows we are all one, ego does not. It likes to see people as seperate from itself and from you. Spirit knows that everything in life is interconnected, no matter how badly we want it to be different. There are many that would read this and say I am not the same as those people out East, they're all going to hell. This is ego. It wants you to see that you have seperated yourself from yourself. All people are us. See the love in them and you find the love within you.
