Many people ask me, "What does this process really do?". This process allows you clarity of what you really want and why you want it. How does it do this? It does it by allowing you to see what you are currently attracting in your life and allows you to see why you're attracting it, while reversing it to allow you to turn your back on what you don't want.
That's right, turn your back. It's okay for you to say, "I don't want this any more." Many people feel that if you are to learn anything in life means that you have to stick with situations that you feel uncomfortable, annoyed or stressed in. This is not true. I speak with experience regarding this matter. When an x-husband lead me to Alabama without a job, no money, with one child just a year old and another one on the way, living in the summer heat of Alabama for a over two weeks in a car I had had enough. I laid there one night looking at my baby in the back seat sweating from the heat and my husband sleeping at the wheel. I knew then that this is not what I wanted to experience, this was not my life, I had a choice to make it different. I knew that if I continued to follow "him" I would lose myself. I was already awake when he woke up. I looked him in the eyes and said, "I'm selling everything in the car for gas money and I'm going home. If you want to stay you can stay but you are welcome to come along but this is how it's going to be." Oddly enough he agreed and "I" drove all the way home to NC through the night and day. There was no way I was going to give up on getting to safety and security for me and my daughter and unborn son.
What did I gain out of the relationship with this man? I gained that I am a strong individual and that my dreams can come true as long as I know what they are. That I can have anything that I put my mind to and that if you let people lead you around then you aren't living your life you are living theirs. I prefer my own. LOL
Have I been tested with this realization again in my life? I think we all test ourselves with things that we overcome just to make sure we got it right. LOL I realized recently that if I am vibrating at an energy level of lacking confidence in myself and my abilities others are more than willing to reflect this lack of confidence and will use my power to manipulate me.
If you are staying in any uncomfortable situation then you are attracting more of that feeling into you life. The feelings that you get while staying in any situation that doesn't feel perfect is your clue that this is what you are attracting in your life, do you want more of this?
This process gives you the power to see and hear a different frequency to allow for change, growth and awareness. If you've become aware through your statement that you are unwilling to change and your spirit statement says that movement allows for growth then you have been given the how to change your frequency.
The spirit statement instantly changes the frequency around you. It is through your choice that allows this frequency to stay within your field. So those that see their statement and are able to see through this statement what they really want but revert back to behavior, thoughts and actions that got them in the situation to begin with will only continue to re experience the situation.
Folks, take your power back. Empower yourself through hearing and seeing the spirit statement and allow this new frequency to lift you beyond what you think you see, hear, feel and experience to what is really available to hear, see, feel and experience.
Doing this Process allows you clarity on where you are vibrating and what you are attracting into your life. The spirit statement allows you to see a new vibration and allows more of that vibration into your life. If you are experiencing complete bliss right now in your life you are set. This Process will allow you to maintain that level of awareness and alignment to the joy in your life.
I realized that performing the 7-Steps has allowed me ease and so much joy that things just flowed and seemed to happen effortlessly. But what about my passion, what am I passionate about? Ego Statement: Now that I have completed my book and feel a sense of accomplishment I wonder what the next step will be for me in helping others. I'm gaining joy but losing a little bit of focus.
Spirit Statement: I am now complete with my book and I am an accomplished author and know the next step is for me to experience joy and focus.
Excellent! I know that I am accomplished author and that my next step is to enjoy the benefits of this because it's what I attracted to me in my life. If you are sitting somewhere and taking ownership of someone Else's hard work, abilities, and lessons then you will soon find failure. Why? Because it's not your frequency, it was someone Else's vibration. The only vibration anyone can ever maintain is the "ONE" they create.
