What do you dream about? What is in your head most of the time? If you don't know then you are allowing your unconscious mind to dictate your reality. However, if you have conscious practiced staying focused and positive, in the higher mind, then this becomes unconscious and no need to worry.
However, have you ever had something happen to you and you thought, "Now why did I just create that?" Well you didn't just create that. It was over time those frequencies going out in to the energy field of life and now are there for you to experience.
Einstein and Edison both knew that our brains emitted frequencies much stronger then radio waves. Also Radio waves are straight where as a thought wave can curve and travel all across the globe. These two men knew that their thoughts were powerful. They saw no limits to the possibilities.
Now with all of this said, things do become unconscious for us like driving home, eating, and so on. But first we had to learn how to do these things, then it becomes second nature.
The 7-Steps process allows you to clear the negative patterns and beliefs and allows you to retrain or relearn how to be in control of your thoughts. Actually you become very unconsious about doing this. You just know after a while of doing the processes is "oh, what I need to think about it this way." And then you automatically put it into the higher mind.
So what about relationships? They are exactly the same. Your brain puts out this frequency and you get back what you put out there in thought. Sound familiar? "You reap what you sow." So it's always good to look at situations/drama/pain and the types of relationships you have to see what frequency you are putting out there. They are there to let you know what frequency you have been putting out from your brain. Once you realize this you can quickly say, "Oh, I got it and I don't need or want anymore of that", and move on.
NOW....and this is a big NOW....remember we talked about discernment and knowing when to end something. Well, just as you can create your experiences, you can, with even quicker speed change that experience. You have the right to say this is not good for me and move forward and create a brand new experience. Why? Because you are created it for only your benefit.
So last night was a night of reflecting on all that I had been learning and applying in my life in the last 2 weeks. This awareness made me realize that I still have dreams, I still have desires, and I can obtain all of this and more by making sure that I'm putting out the frequency that is constructive to my desires.
What is this frequency? To feel good. My main goal is to feel good, happy, content, and joyful in everything I do and experience. So the shower I took last night, OMG it felt so good. It felt wonderful to experience and to appreciate having a shower. And this is how we continue with our feeling good.
What in your life do you feel good about? Take that and build on it. Allow it to be your guide when you see things in your mind that you desire. Surround yourself with peaceful and beautiful things. You deserve it.
