This morning as I awakened I knew within my own heart that I was the reflection of peace and flow. I took my time doing what I was lead to do, rather than what I "thought" I needed to do. I was sitting at my desk in my office and it just seemed that everything I did, including balancing the check book, paying bills and rubbing on cats just happened to effortlessly. When I heard the voice in my head to take a shower I did meet some resistance. I quickly thought, "Resist nothing today." So I got up, took my shower, got dressed and headed to work.
While coming in I decided to buy coffee and tea this morning. As I'm there in the line I just stay present, no intentions, no desires, no nothing. When I go to pay for my order the lady in front of me had paid for my order. The lady at the window said to me, "Your breakfast has been paid for, know that you are blessed and have a wonderful day." I sat there and said, "Oh my goodness. What a wonderful treat. Now what do you do?" LOL She looked at me and said, "Pay it forward." I realized that I have done that before, without the person knowing and I always wondered what that felt like, now I know.
Tears are welling up inside of me, not for sadness but the joy of life. God is always letting us know what it feels like to be present and at one with him. It's only our own will and set intentions that prevent us from experiencing his/her grace. That paying it forward is our way of reminding ourselves that God is love, that it is real and that when we resist it with intentions, greed, fear, lack, and all the opposites of these words too, then we block GRACE.
We are all blessed, we all of the same abundance, love, understanding and awareness. Pay it forward today by being the reflection of love and understanding.
Belief Statement: I know when I am one with all that is that all is one with me and this feels loving and supportive. I am becoming more and more aware while gaining love and understanding while losing everything.
Spirit Statement: I know I am one and all that is within me is love and support. I am aware love is everything.
