It was so nice to connect with fellow thearpist. Because I'm out here all by myself, it's nice to be with like minded folks that understand the healing energy of touch. Even though I drove 35 MPH to get there the ride was almost effortless, like it didn't take any time at all. Then once there the wind was blowing so cool and pleasant. Again, it was like an autumn day.
On the way home the rain came and boy was it coming down. Again, 35 MPH! But again, it was effortless and like no time at all I was back to town. I was able to go to the bank, get gas and go by the shop to drop off the supplies I bought while at my class. I'm excited about trying out all the new things that I learned and implement them into my practice.
The main reason I'm sharing this story is because as we are aligned to the higher self and don't force anything every thing just seems to happen with ease and comfort. I mean I'm home at 7pm and went throught the rain and got all the above done.
Time doesn't exist when we are focused in the experience. I didn't have anything else to do other than driving today to and from class. And then a few errands that I just put out there to do if it was meant to be.
Here's something I have noticed, when I experience this kind of day I feel relaxed enough to just fall asleep with ease. I'm doing laundry now and getting ready to read two new books I purchased today. Then I might do a little meditation just to top this evening off with perfection.
