day 185 of 400, "Welcoming"

Today I chose to look at what I needed to welcome into my life. I figured if I took the opposite of resistance this would be welcome. So when I chose a card this morning it was about a "New Level". This is about transitions between new and old. "Breakthrough". This card represents the new level of awareness, and the initiation process; which is simply that we have learned the lesson that will assist in our lives of application. Now the number of this card was 9, remember I chose a 6 yesterday, 69. This is truly powerful and right on target with conception.

Now, I decided to look at what else I welcome in my life and I chose the "Death" card. This is not a bad card and should not be scary to anyone. It's letting us know that all things happen in a timely manner and about "RELEASE". Again, this is a card of change. "Something has reached it's natural ending....and there is change in the works."

From both, it appears as though I am welcoming this newness into my life. I truly can say this felt true for me this morning as I was preparing my breakfast. I was standing in my kitchen, at the island, and all of a sudden I felt this cool, gentle breeze just blow right through me. I could feel Autumn in the air. I felt enveloped in love and light. Even though it was foggy and humid I could not feel this within my being.

There is a real part of us that can feel what is coming before it happens. I am beginning to see the seasons are changing within me. Autumn is a time of harvesting and for many a time to replant. Both of my cards this morning are telling me exactly this. I am reaping change in my life. Am I all the way there? Probably not, but I can feel that it is getting closer.

The other night I had a dream that I was laying on a massage table to get a massage but no one was there to give me the massage. So with all my might in my mind I was trying to massage myself while staying relaxed. I found that this was impossible. Then last night I had dreams about people not willing to give up their beliefs about anything. The release is difficult when you tell people there is nothing out there to fight. I realized that many would feel they would disappear and what will there be to fight against. What will there be to resist?

The cards that I have spoken about the last couple of days are by Brian Froud titled, The Faeries Oracle. Everything is here to support us. You can do the same thing with the Bible each day if that makes you feel more comfortable. I used to do the same. I would just ask, "What do I need for guidance today?" and then I would open the book to where I felt lead and then begin reading it. Later on in life I would keep my eyes closed and run my fingers down the pages until it felt right, then I would read that verse. You can use anything to get a message. You could even make up your own cards.

Allowing creativity to flow through and from us can be the most healing yet most challenging at the same time. Allow yourself space by breathing and then allow whatever comes to you to flow through you. So if you have crayons and postcards you could write words like, forgiveness, happiness, joy, love, peace, awareness.....so on and so on. Allow yourself a meaning for each one of those cards. If it is drawn upside down then you know that you are resisting what the card has to offer. This is a form of communication that is within you. It's a way to connect to your higher self with complete love and protection. If you think something is bad then you are only blocking that which is inside of you that needs healing.

Many people would disagree with me on this. I'm not saying anyone has to give up their illusions or belief that something is real to them. They need that for as long as they need it. We all have different roles we desire to play, we all have to forget to remember. More on that later. For now I think this is enough.

Belief Statement: I feel the shift in the air and this feels comforting. I know that life is love and I am this life within me. I'm gaining awareness while losing nothing.

Spirit Statement: I am the shift and the air with comfort and love. Within me is the life of awareness in everything.
