This morning I decided to meet my resistances head on. But where and how do you know what direction to go in when all of this is hidden deep within beliefs? So I decided to draw a "Faery Card" (this is how the creator spells this) this morning. The question I held within my mind was, "What am I resisting?". I thought it interesting that I drew the number 6 card, for this means so much on a creation level, Hebrew level and reality level. This card was about spiritual connection, karma, balance, and empathy. This card is asking us to let go off all defenses.
In the story of this card the man asked, "...surely we needed defenses in this world in order to survive." Then he was lovingly told, "It is only by letting go of all your defense that you become invulnerable."
This made sense to me because I realized that even when we have an agenda what we are saying is "I am resisting". "This card tells us that we need to be aware of the connections between different aspects of the issue under discussion, as well as the connections between the people linked by it." So honestly we must look within to see the work of another and decide for ourselves is this an aspect of us that needs to be healed, or an aspect that needs to be released. Either way it's all good when we look at it as we are all one.
I know this card is telling us that as long as we are not able to let our defenses go that we still see duality. That we still see everything separated from our self, rather than it is us doing it to our self.
I take responsibility for this today by allowing my day to be as it should be. I release the resistance to control, direct, schedule or any other thing that makes my body feel tense and tired. We are energy! When we resist we use up energy!!!!
Belief Statement: I have been resisting life to happen on all levels and this makes me feel tired and exhausted. I know people are lying about their own energy levels because I can see their resistances which gives me an awareness while losing focus.
Spirit Statement: I welcome life being on all levels full of energy. I know I am truthful with my energy when I welcome awareness and focus.
Remember what I said, that when we are focused we are only in the NOW. There is no other time. We are starting to see the shift from duality to unity occurring pretty quickly. When duality is no longer present neither is the concept of time and/or space. There is no need for it.
Time and space is truly all that we are trying to defend.
