One of the things that you can count on from the Universe is for those moments of "nothingness". This is actually a good place to be at times. It allows us to just breath and enjoy observing the creation.
So today I woke up full of energy and life. I slept like a rock, dreamt hard, and woke up early. When I dream and remember them I feel so refreshed, so I know this is healing.
Today I will just observe my day and allow it to unfold naturally.
Ego: Today is beautiful and I feel full of energy. I know life is great! I'm gaining confidence and losing nothing.
Spirit: I am beautiful and full of energy because I am living abundantly with confidence in everything.
