Now would be an excellent time to give an example of exactly how, after doing a process, successs can be reflected back into your world. On day 8 I wrote about a look that said it all. The rolling eyes, the feeling of just being unwelcomed and lost. Well, just the other day, the person that did this too me (LOL, she didn't do anything to me) changed.
People change from the processes we do because it's all about us, well, it's all about you/me. LOL Let's take the situation for an example. Remembering that no one does anything to us. The whole display and feelings that I was experiencing was a wake up call for me to dive into. I did, you can read day 8 if you wish.
But here is the great thing!!!!! When a process works we get feedback from the situation. The individual that was so kind to reflect this situation to me could not wait to text me how great things had been for her. She went on and on how the day after I did that process that it was like a big weight was lifted off of her shoulders. She had energy like she had not had in months, she felt good about her relations and even painted her house. LOL
So....now what was she saying back to me? She was letting me know that I got my energy back, that I was hiding energy in that situation. She let me know I was being productive and life was once again moving forward.
I love feedback.
We can all relate to the dirty look, the snide remark, or the rolling eyes, but just remember this is an adventure, one where you have hidden who you really are just so you could discover YOU!!!!!
